I also offer a variety of other non holistic services as well, such as waxing and advanced treatments! Cancellation Policy
Appointments:
- Rustic Rejuvenation is a BY APPOINTMENT ONLY facility. Walk in’s are NOT accepted.
•Non-refundable appointment retainer & Card on File
- When scheduling any appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your chosen appointment time.
-Clients will also be required to have a card on file, this makes deposits and any fees much easier for both parties!
•Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- Canceling or rescheduling appointments must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid fees.
- A 50% (of the booked service) fee will be applied to the card on file for canceling or rescheduling less than 48 hours to your scheduled appointment time.
•No Shows:
- No shows will result in a $50 fee or a fee for 50% of the scheduled service, which ever is greater.
- No shows for a second time will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service.
- No shows for a third time will result in a fee of 100% of the service, as well as no longer be able to book with Rustic Rejuvenation.
•Running late:
- I have a 15 minute grace period. After 5 minutes an attempt will be made to contact the client.
- Anything after the 15 minutes will result in the cancellation of the appointment, as well as the deposit being forfeited and a fee equivalent to 100% of the service will be applied to the card on file.
Forms:
- Any forms that are received after booking an appointment MUST be filled out as accurately and correctly as possible before you arrive to your appointment.
•Children:
- Please DO NOT bring small children to your appointment, as they will not be allowed in the treatment room.
- Upon arrival with children, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
- This policy is to ensure that you as a client are getting the best possible experience with your appointment. This also ensures the safety of the client, child, and myself.
